How can I get a Search Engine for my own site?

I'm looking to add a search engine for my
site so that visitors can find my clients
quickly and easily. I've tried a couple of
freebies but they lack important features
like relevancy and displaying Title Tags
along with the URLs.

Commercial or Free--doesn't matter.

Any suggestions?
