Max is right, the robots will revisit eventually,
but meantime your listings could slip pretty low.
You should only resubmit your pages if they
slip lower in the rankings, or if they disappear
(what's the point in resubmitting a #1 listing?)

Watching your listings can take up a lot of your
time, which is why I suggest you give Webposition
