Got the hint about FP, how about competitors?

Any reccommendations about FP competitors? I'm planning a mid-size site with security needs in parts of it. Will not be doing commerce.

Comments about Macromedia, NetObjects, Symantec or SoftQuad products? I hate programming-like stuff, but would be willing to edit HTML if I need to.

Also, FTP recommendations...
