Ok so its not realy the sort of thing your after because
you have to deal directly with the code, but if you haven't
already, take a look at HotDog from Sausage Software. Use
the link above to get to their site.

Its a very good HTML editor, combined with all the free
SuperTools it does still make your life very easy, without
inserting 10000 tons of MS specific crap!

Every update inside the same version is free and so are 90%
of the supertools, which are regularly updated too...

In my opinion its an essential bit of kit :->
