I think you can configure your email program to "show full headers" or "show short headers". Short headers
would get rid of most of that "crap at the end" ... which is just what the mail servers add on.

It's a pop-up ad, right? To get rid of them, turn off JAVA and JAVASCRIPT in your browser.
