All I saw along the left side of the page was "button 1.jpg". How about some ALT text
in your images that are links?
You are pretty heavy and blatant with the keyword loading, but you don't use any HTML
structural tags (H1, etc) to lable the parts of the page with. One good
(h1)Gold, diamond, and gemstone jewelry(/h1) title would boost your relevance more than
that key-word-crammed first paragraph.
