I haven't tried this myself (because I haven't encountered any problems with FP changing my code), but you may want to try the "Insert Component ~ Insert HTML function" in FP Editor.

According to the program, this insert code which FP does not attempt to correct.

Secondly, and I am a newbie so please forgive me, does capitalization really matter? I've got a javascript roll-over without caps in the command syntax and it works fine when I've tested it (although it hasn't been uploaded yet).
