Galaca -
That's the idea - as soon as they show up on the page,
you shove a H1 and a keyword-loaded intro under their
shiny little robo-noses.

As for resubmitting, Yes, because iit will force them to
re-evaluate the structure and you should see an improved
ranking. The sitte doesn' look too much different.
