pluralize titles words?

As with meta keywords, should one also attempt to pluralize words in the page title? And, if the first word in the title is a key word, should it NOT be capitalized?

ie. which is better?

(title)hot tub and spa thermostats(/title)

(title)hot tubs and spas thermostats(/title)
