Search Engines - I am on with some, but off with others

Search Engines - I am on with some, but off with others - need your help!

Here is my scenario:

I can get indexed with the following search engines VERY high:

Excite
Webcrawler
Netfind
(I think they may use the same database - perhaps that is why)

But I can't even come close with these:

HotBot
Lycos
Infoseek
Altavista

My domain name is: http://members.aol.com/Fundraise/index.html

I have incorporated a lot of good stuff from this board, but it is futile when it comes to registering with the above four. Any reasons why? Is there something that I could do that would help with those engines???

I would greatly appreciate your insight in regards to this.
