If I were an American PTA member looking for a fundraiser, I would see the "UK Fundraising" and keep looking. However, they are making very effective use of their text:
Having this right at the top, with "fundraising and fundraiser" repeated in the TITLE and the KEYWORDS (I think the keywords are too long, but they are obviously helping)

It's a very strong structure ... could be stronger, and could be outranked rather easily.
