With titles being a very real and noticable part of your web site I think whichever is more gramically correct is best.

Remember, if someone book marks your page the title is what they will see... and for that reason making yourself look better to them is more important then how you look to the search engine..

The goal is to hold to title that makes sense and is descriptive along with trying wherever possible to get those keywords in there:)
