how to use my http: ??

Real quick question that pertains to using URLS and search engine indexing.

Say I want to offer cookbooks.....Would I want to create a URL of:

1. http://www.fundraising-ideas.com/cookbooks
or
2. http://www.fundraising-ideas.com/cookbook

Please notice the plural form of cookbooks for #1. What would be better in terms of SE indexing?
