Why would you want to do this? Resubmitting can sometimes knock your site DOWN in the rankings, and
"chronic resubmitters" (I saw a note form seomne who had submitted his home page 50+ times in a month)
can find themselves penalized for cluttering up the submissions.

If you have added a major chunk of information, deleted some pages (resubmit the deleted pages so the SE
will see that they are not there), or made drastic changes, resubmit. Otherwise, take the time it would
take to resubmit and go find some sites that complement yours and arrange for cross-links. An established
site can get 50-60% of its traffic from non-SE links, and it's a more stable form of promotion.
