Here's what I would try to do if I was in a situation. Most 800#s have small fees or no fees. They just want to make money on incoming calls.
I would get 800# in usa and find Clearing house or 800# order take service and point the 800# to them. It is better to give someone else a few bucks, then to loose customers. Not sure it would all work out , but I would at least try.
