I haven't gotten the opportunity to read the entire message board yet, so this question may be answered later, and I don't know it.
I think the problem you are having is that you didn't specify _your_ email address for the message to be sent to.
in my case it would read:

"mailto:bab24@dana.ucc.nau.edu?subject=Button Click"

the yourname@domain.com is just an example to remind you to fill in your information there.
