Meta Key Word Density

Can you tell me if the density of metatag keyword
has any impact of the way a site is listed. In
other words if my keywords are only, ostrich,ostrich, ostrich
(I know not to repeat more than 3 times) am is
the page more likely to appear under a search
for "ostrich" than if ostrich is repeated 3 times
within a list with a bunch of other words such as
ostrich, meat, feathers, ostrich, eggs,.....
