Just how much stronger are titles than keywords?

Remarkable how much one learns about meta-tags'
limitations after submitting a few URLs.

Still I wonder: Can you put a number on titles vs.
keywords?

Likewise, descriptions vs. keywords?

And a slightly redundant question - I suspect that
NO keywords or allowable body density can catapult
a page over another page that has the exact search
string in the title. True?
