REFRESH is a special keyword hunted down by many
of the deep engines - to incur penalties.

If you have a small page with not many words,
that shold be a good thing as long as there's a
high percentage of your keywords within that text.

You're right in not overdoing it, but be careful not
to *underdo* it either. You do need to ahve plenty of
keywords in there.
