Just use noframes tags on your frame set... it will help you on Webcrawler, Excite etc. as well. I loaded my noframes section with a lot of valid content and it helped me dramatically on Excite, Webcrawler etc.(the URL is above on this posting) Just leave it that way...no need to change back.
