deactivating the "back" icon in netscape/ie !!!

hi all. ive noticed that some sites ive visited
wont let me use the "back" icon in netscape
or internet explorer, i press it time, and
time again and nothing happends, or! it
reloads their site!! now id like to add
this to my site so my visitors cant leave
that easily hehee.. anyone knows what do to??
