Thank you for the excellent review. One of my biggest challenges is the delicate balance between image clarity and file size. I need to go back over this point. I still have a few photoshop tricks up my sleave which might help. As far as sitemap/home, I think you have a very good point. It also might make sense to position it in the left part of the nav bar so it is easier to find. Good input on the Contact page too. As far as the key words...well...people actually find us by searching on COTS, NGIO, ruggedized and pizza box...go figure.
