I took a look at the source code and I must say I've never seen anything quite like it! I'd recommend a serious WEB consult or finding a friend who could take the time to re-design it for you coding straight HTML...unless you don't care that the majority of WEB users (Netscape enabled) will never view your site...seems ashame.
