"Refresh" From A BLACK at Ian and the Creatures on 17 Oct '00 Hi, Does anyone know the script to refresh my page upon entering (once) then not again untill a set time (ie every 5 minutes) only I want visitors to have the most current update of my site and this is the only way, apart from them manually clicking refresh, as IE 5.x and above refuses to search the net for an update and would rather search a uses cache Any ideas? Note, I don't, and can't use ASP, and the Content="No-Cache" lines don't work!
