I don't think you'd be penalized for spamming because of that, but the thing you should worry about is the frameset. My advice to you is to move to a regular hosting provider... You'd pay about $10/month and get rid of that irritating Easyspace frame and popup. When people see those free webspace ads, they don't take your business as seriously.
