I believe I've followed all of the standard rules in making my Web site, but it seems to intimidate some people. I've been told to dumb it down and to offer tacky freebies. But, there are thousands of junky astrology sites already, and I don't believe that all seekers are attracted to flea-markets.
All of my content is original. The graphics are not (I give credit to their sources), though I've altered them in various ways. The Matrix horoscopes I'm offering are available elsewhere, but I've extensively customized my software to produce reports that are far more comprehensive, grammatical, and attractive than my competitors' (and yes, the software's manufacturer does allow such revisions).
My ordering page is simple to use (as are my cgi forms); the site is very easy to navigate; there are no broken links, and there are no banner-ads to be found.
I would appreciate it if some experienced Web site designers would have a look and tell me if I'm on or off the right track.
