your top graphic currently has this "tag"

(IMG SRC="index/IMAG0000.JPG" WIDTH=432 HEIGHT=72 BORDER=0)

and would need to be changed to this;

(IMG SRC="Surf_Art_Site/index/IMAG0000.JPG" WIDTH=432 HEIGHT=72
BORDER=0)

unless you move all the files around. the other links and graphic
tags would also need to be "corrected" as well.
