Help me Pretty please !!!!

Hello my name is lee and I'm a 17 year old student living in australia , well I started up my own web design website

well like heaps of other people I would love some feedback on what people think of the site !!!

Despite already creating a new, tonnes better design for the website with much better graphics I could really learn on what exactly is good and bad with the current site so that I have a better understanding of what the people out there want !!!
