COAST GUARD IDEA IS A GOOD ONE. WE ARE DESIGNING SOME SAILING QUIZ PAGES RIGHT NOW, SO THAT PEEPS WHO WANT TO LEARN CAN DO SO, AT LEAST IN PART, ON THE SAILING MATTERS.COM SITE. I WILL PROVIDE THIS LINK IN THIS AREA I THINK. THANKS.

WE DO HAVE A PAGE OF SAILING RELATED MAGAZINE LINKS, BUT I DIDN'T THINK OF THE ROBB REPORT. GOOD SUGGESTION.
