Next question... I know that there are TITLE and NAME attributes associated with Hyperlink TAGS ( <a_href etc ), and is it ok / appropriate / worthwhile to also populate these attributes with search optimized keyword terms, as is done with the ALT attributes?
Do the search engines recognize them? I would wonder if they do or consider them 'JUNK' tag attributes. Thoughts?
