h*** in AOL browser?

I'll tell you why, first of all the "AOL browser" is actually
a mutant version of "microsoft internet explorer" wrapped up
in an "AOL" style window and as the more savvy of us know,
microsoft internet explorer:

1. does not follow true HTML web standards,(they often make their own)
2. irraticlly or incorectly displays JAVA (MS Stole JAVA technology
from SUN Microsystems , made it buggy, nonstandard and called it
their own)
3. has TONS of security holes (see patch list on the microsoft site)

FACTS
- Microsoft has incorporated "Internet Explorer" into windows98
and has not given you the choice to remove it, this was done
to push rival browsers out of the marketshare

- Due to its sheer bulk, windows integration, poor coding, bugs
ETC.. microsoft "internet explorer" IS slower than Netscape
Navigator, even on an ISDN or T3 connection (i know, i'm a network
engineer)

SEE FOR YOURSELF

How many times have you gotten "script error" messages using the AOL
browser or internet explorer?, how many times have you gotten
"page cannot be displayed" messages or waited forever for a page
to load?

I recommend that you download a copy of the netscape standalone
browser and install it, then you can honestly see the differance
in speed, relyability ability to load pages that "Internet Explorer"
will not.

Unlike "internet explorer" you CAN completely remove netscape from
your system if you dont like it and it will NOT alter any system
settings unless you tell it to

Let it be YOUR choice which web browser you use, not Microsofts

Netscape is a free web browser, it can be downloaded from
http://www.netscpae.com/download

for those of you who may be interested...
It is possible to install windows 98 without the "internet explorer"
intigration, get all the information at http://www.98lite.net

Hope i helped
