YOu need the -TARGET- command.

To see this in action you can visit my first website I ever built for
small business! Either I 'll get pat on the back or you will laugh at me. But read the index source code and there is your answer on
how to target frames.

Better yet just as Jim or use NetObjects 4.0 to build your site!

Oh and......... you should not use frames! IT kills you on the search relevance rating game......
