Don't let it all overwhelm you. Submit to Google and any search engine that lets you submit for free.

Then give it time and have patience - even on the internet nothing happens overnight.

I started last year in April, since then every month the hits have been steadily increasing with over 7,000 last week though I have a very specialised business.
Give it a go
