VBS sample code to handle outlook objects

My associates are totally naive about script viruses and I want

to create a vbscript sample worm that reads the outlook

address list and mails something to the first address on

it. Anyone know where to get sample code. I know VBS pretty

well and could figure it out, I run a software company.
