That is exactly what my experience is based on my own site.
Again, though, you have to include the HEIGHT and WIDTH
parameters with the photo so the browser knows how much space to
allocate for the photo. Otherwise, it has to wait until the photo
is completely downloaded before it knows where to put the text.
