out there in cyberspace please help me create a simple non-cost
method of making and launching a web page (with a URL). I want to
start a company called Arctic Webworks Simple. Simple programs
for smart and simple people. I would like to organize a group of
truly gifted coffe-housers to make a new set of programs for the
average human being, those who usually gets bogged down in the
