Flash - Altnerative Image

When a browser goes to load a page with a Flash image on it and
that browser does not support Flash, is there a way to make a
regular image load in its place instead of it trying to make you
install the Flash components? e.g. - My browser doesn't have
Flash. I go to a website with a Flash logo on it and instead of
it trying to make me download something, it reconizes that I
can't view Flash and displays a different image.
