They are! I use percentage widths throughout The pages render beautifully on 640x480, 800x600, and 1024x768 screen resolutions on all versions of Netscape and Explorer that I've tested.

With the price of computer hardware dropping, more and more people are using larger monitors and higher screen resolutions. I think it's become just as important to create attractive pages for 1024 pixel width screens as it is for 640 pixel width screens. Percentage widths have worked great for me. If any of you have problems veiwing my pages, please let me know.
