I submitted a number of times over a period of months and finally sent an e-mail with a specific request to review my site. They did and I finally go listed! But to do this, you must have submitted several times (not spamming them) and tell them the EXACT dates you submitted. Try to be patient. Nan WRITING ... Etc.
