This question is not directly related to my above site(it has frames) - it is related to a new site which I am developing(which does not have frames).
In the case of deep search engines, if my web site does not contain frames and I have a total of, say, 10 pages in my site, with links on each page to each page, then surely there is no need for me to submit the urls of each of the ten pages. Gathering from my understanding of your advice, the robots and spiders can get to each page(and view meta tags, details etc) via the links, which is just as sufficient as if they were to detect the 'words' via the submission of the url of a particular page. Is this right?
You tell the story of a poor woman who bombarded alta vista with all those pages. Do you mean that she submitted the url of each individual page? -In which case surely her site was a framed one?!
