fail to list on excite for 6 months etc

Hi,

I have been trying hard to get listed on Excite but failed, I have submitted many times but not on the same day.

Could you shed some light on what I may have done improper? Do you think excite has banned me?

Also this page has been so unstable on Yahoo: http://www.tamsquare.com/oil_paintings. What can I do to make it on the listing as normal as other pages? Can I do an update pages from yahoo?

My listing on lycos, infoseek, etc all seems failed.

what could be wrong?
