If you use any version of Netscape Communicator you can click and hold down the the back button it will then give you a choice on how far back you want to go.

Well I have seen teh break out of frames but I am still hunting for the get into frames when someone visits your site from a search engine.

Example they goto your site but the site is missing navagation buttons.
