I have been working with the search engines for several years now. I recomend you hand submit the site yourself. Most of the paid submission sites use software to submit to the engines. Many search engines do not accept these submissions. They also will often submit your site to FFA pages taht are useless and will cause you to recieve a lot of spam. You get better results to take the time to submit to the top 20 engines yourself.
