AOLSearch Ranking From marco at Arlecchino Jewels on 30 June '01 dear friends, can you tell me if there is a difference in the search results of AOL Search and other search engines using the ODP database, if the submitted URL is indexed in one category rather than another? In other words, suppose I could choose between two categories to submit my URL (i.e. one sub-category of the Global Shopping category and one sub-category of the Regional Shopping category), can the different position in the tree affect the ranking in the Search Engines that use the ODP database?
