You have to add in a pile of Meta-Tags for the search engine
spiders to find and index your site, then submit to many engines,
I would also change this,,,

<!doctype html public "-//IETF//DTD HTML 2.0//EN">
to
<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN">
All Capitals
(4.01 being the current version of HTML)
