First thing you need to do is optimize your website. Once your
site has been optimized, then you need to hand submit your site
to a few select search engines.
Some search engines may require you to pay for submission and
inclusion.
The only sure fire way to get in the top 5 is to go to Overture
and bid on your keyword terms. This can get expensive depending
on the business you are in.
If you don't know how to optimize your website, I would suggest
you contact a professional SEO and ask for help.
