You have a good point there. Right now there is no such tool.
It is fairly well know that free servers are bad neighborhoods.
I would assume that searchking isn't on a top 10 favorite list
with Google right now. Other than that, I am not sure we would
be able to find such a thing out.
I don't see that search engines are going to tell us. This would
just help out the spammers. They would be able to find a
"friendly" neighborhood and start their dirty work.
Your hosts would never admit to having problems because they
wouldn't get the clients.
I don't see that this will happen. IT would be great if it did,
but it wouldn't help in the long run.
