need real traffic

I have 3 websites and cant seem to get them on search engines
with terms like diet or weight loss. they show up with the whole
name and thats it.

http://www.scroggie.vstoremarket.com
http://dietfamily.com
will be done in 2 weeks
How can i get the word out on my sites?
