Wow, that's a nasty problem! Seems a bit weird though because I thought
AV simply didn't allow multiple submissins of the same URL. Does this
mean that their submit script guards against multiple submissions of
the textual URL, but actually indexes them by IP? That would be pretty
unfair.

Have you tried writing back to explain?
