No Getting Rid of it?

I hadn't actually tried the link before I posted the original message. So, it's a refresh page... Why does AV report it as an invalid URL? I submitted it to AV because it's an old page and I wanted it spidered to lower its search ranking. Is the ranking locked in stone, then, because AV can't spider it? I thought AV wouldn't index refresh pages anyway...
